• "Delivery" refers to the service of transporting Products to the address specified by the Customer.

3. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, designs, and sizes may vary slightly due to photography limitations and the handmade nature of our products. All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Custom cake designs require advance notice. We recommend placing custom orders at least 48 hours before your required delivery date. Complex designs may require additional lead time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit Cards
• Google Pay
• Cash on Delivery (for select locations within Roorkee)

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. For custom orders, a 50% advance payment may be required to confirm booking.

6. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Final acceptance occurs when we confirm product availability and process your payment.

Please review your order details carefully before submission. We are not responsible for errors in delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.

7. Delivery Policy

We offer the following delivery options:

• Home Delivery: Available across Roorkee and select surrounding areas. Delivery charges apply based on distance.
• In-Store Pickup: Collect your order directly from our store at 22, near IIT Roorkee Gate, Civil Lines, Roorkee.
• On-Site Service: Cake cutting and serving arrangements for events (by prior arrangement).

Delivery time slots are approximate and subject to traffic, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Perishable products require someone to be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Same-day delivery is available for select products if ordered before 2:00 PM. Custom cakes require minimum 48 hours advance booking.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted as follows:

• Standard Products: Cancellations accepted within 4 hours of order placement for a full refund.
• Custom Orders: Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products have already been prepared or dispatched.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Product Quality & Allergen Information

We maintain strict hygiene standards in our kitchen and use quality ingredients. However, our products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions if we were not informed of specific allergies prior to order preparation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Gifts n Bakery and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Uttarakhand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar district, Uttarakhand.
